bea3cbbca0 sm8250-common: Setup prebuilt audio HAL 
Drop BOARD_USES_ALSA_AUDIO as it will declare audio.primary.kona, which
is shipped prebuilt.
Declare TARGET_PROVIDES_AUDIO_EXTNS as we ship prebuilt liba2dpoffload.
